Set in the Hampshire countryside, the award-winning Farmhouse Sanctuary offers privacy, beauty and calm.
The glass-walled café overlooks the gardens and spa, allowing you to feel immersed in nature while warm and held inside.
Throughout the day and evening you will have access to:

How the Day Unfolds
The day is structured, but never rushed.
We begin with guided breathwork to settle the nervous system and help you properly arrive.
Each woman receives a copy of The Pocket Guide to PeriMenopause, included in your investment. Throughout the day, Sahar guides you through key sections of the book in a practical and interactive way.
This is not a talk.
From each section, you will learn a corresponding acupressure point and practise how to use it yourself.
You will leave knowing:
• Specific acupressure points linked to hormonal balance and stress
• How your nervous system influences symptoms
• How to interrupt stress patterns in real time
• Simple routines you can continue at home
Conversation is facilitated and always optional.
After a nourishing buffet lunch, the experience deepens with personalised group acupuncture.
There are carefully curated guest contributions, thoughtful surprises, and The Quiet Hour - a full hour dedicated to the thing you keep postponing.
